An educational programme featuring early music. Jan Pieterszoon Sweelinck, died 400 years ago. Episode 5(finale): From Sweelinck to Bach.

One of Sweelinck’s pupils in Hamburg, Heinrich Scheidemann, was an ardent advocate of Sweelinck’s music and passed it on to Johann Adam Reincken, who in turn had a great influence on Johann Sebastian Bach.
