Jean Tinguely – Machine Spectacle

1 October – 5 March 2017

Jean Tinguely is known for his playful, sturdy machine art and explosive performances. Everything had to be different, everything had to be in motion. Precisely 25 years after his death, the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam presents the retrospective Machine Spectacle: the biggest exhibition ever dedicated to this artist in the Netherlands.
