The Noise of Being.
Hackers, artists, diseases, natural disasters, stock market crashes and corrupt politicians give as a daily dose of white noise. And while confusion, irrationality and insecurity dominate our communication channels, life itself is being restrained more and more: worldwide networks of computers and anonymous algorithms observe, analyses and regulate and increasingly bigger part of our lives and are trying to control the natural flow and irrational essence of existence. During The Noise of Being Sonic Acts invites artists, scientists and visitors to take stock. How is mankind doing, how much room does existence leave for the noise and what does it mean to be a human in this day and age.
