Old style Jazz
Red Nichols (1905-1965) played cornet in various bands and conducted many of his own jazz bands.
In 1925, he joined the California Ramblers, who – in his time – reached an artistic climax. Together with them, but also with other bands such as Sam Lanin’s, Red recorded a lot of records.
