Two Brazilian music families, the founders of which Dorival Caymmi and Antonio Carlos Jobim (often called the Brazilian Gershwin) are responsible for many of the Brazilian “Standards”, and who are, both musically and friendship-wise very interwoven.
You hear recordings, both solo and together, of Dorival, Dori, Nana and
Danilo Caymmi, Antonio Carlos, Paulo, Daniel and Elizabeth Jobim. For dessert we have two recordings on which members of family Buarque de Hollanda perform!!!!
