This episode will feature music by pianist Maurizio Pollini, who died two weeks ago at age 82. He was a prominent figure in piano music during the second half of the 20th century. Yet, alongside all the praise, he was criticized throughout his entire career by some for being cool and cerebral. Let’s judge for ourselves!
