In this episode, the highlights of 1910. After Schoenberg’s Erwartung, the opera landscape would never be the seem, at least not so one-minded.
But traditions take time to change and the rate of production was high. This gives many beautiful moments, although some aren’t being performed anymore. All the more reason to take them of the shelve and give them a listen.
