Roaming the Renaissance

sat 21 may 2022 11:00 hour

Music from the 15th and 16th century. This programme is dedicated to the French Renaissance. Central to it is Guillaume Costeley, who was in the service of the court.

Costeley only published one volume of music, which appeared in 1570: Musique de Guillaume Costeley. It contains both spiritual and secular chansons.
