A musical serial. Episode 164: Silentio.01
Hans Timmermans’ Silentio.01 is a work that gradually enters a deeper and deeper silence. We take two loops out of the end of this piece that serve as a background for the rest of the episode. Tim Six continues, mingled with sound from the sonic installation Stone Circle, by Max Eastley. Guenter Schlienz has his return in this episode. His composition Oktober flows into an energetic live recording by Brooklyn Raga Massive, taken from a marvellous compilation album.
