Passion: music for The Last Temptation of Christ is an album released by the English rock musician Peter Gabriel in 1989. It was originally composed as a soundtrack album for Martin Scorsese’s film The Last Temptation of Christ, but a couple of months after the release of the film Gabriel brought further developments into the music to release it as a new full album. ‘t Kliekske is formed in 1968 and consists of 4 persons: Rosita Tahon, Herman Dewit, Oswald Tahon and Wilfrid Moonen. They don’t just play folk, they really have visited hundreds of people to trace authentic information and material. They also studied and repaired old instruments such as the friction drum, bagpipe, zither and clog violin. The group guarantees old Flemish music which is kept alive thanks to their devotion.
