In this episode of ‘Thou Singest ye Carol’, we pay attention to International Women’s Day on March 8th. And to stay within the framework of this song program, today we will be playing works by female composers. From Hildegard von Bingen to Henriëtte Bosmans. You will hear more women on March 26th in ‘Thou Singest ye Carol’ part 2, featuring soprano Bauwien van der Meer.
