Tenor saxophone player Sonny Rollins (1930), part 14. After a second period of reflexion he was fully back in the early eighties. In July 1985 he gave a special solo concert in the ‘Museum of Modern Art’ in New York. In just an hour he pulled out all stops on his own. Today you will hear the first half hour.
