The Queen Elisabeth Competition is an international music competition held annually in Brussels. The competition is dedicated either to a particular instrument or to the voice, and is considered one of the most prestigious music competitions in the world. In 2025, the competition was for piano. Nikola Meeuwsen, a Dutch pianist, won the competition, which is a historical achievement because he is the first Dutchman to do this.
