Wednesday October 19, 2019 marks the start for Kirk Markarian, musician, composer and program maker. That was when the first Electronic Frequencies that he made was broadcast on Concertzender. What followed was a number of amazing years in which Kirk delivered a beautiful show every 2 months. Wednesday May 20, his last episode will air.
On a regular basis we could enjoy music by acts like Radboud Mens, Autistici, Ümlaut en Pinkcourtesyphone in his shows. Kirk was also able to find all kinds of hidden pearls, and all listeners will have learned about new music because of this.
Kirk has been getting more and more busy with musical and visual projects recently, and that is now blocking him from making more episodes. We want to thank Kirk for all the time he spent in making these beautiful radio shows!
