The U-jazz foundation, which is short for Utrecht-jazz, weekly organises Friday nisght concerts, with small formations, the so-called ‘Panorama Cloud Nights’ in Cloud Nine, TivoliVredenburg in Utrecht.
U will be listening to the concerto of the Michiel Buursen Trio, recorded on 6 February 2016. The trio consists of Michiel Buursen, piano, Wim Kegen, drums and Jasper Somsen, bass and singer JD Walters and to the concert recorded on 18 March 2016 by by the Braam/van de Graaf duo with pianist Michiel Braam and saxophone player Bo v.d. Graaf.
