Quotes.
Classical composers in the twentieth century were part of a long-lived tradition. Some quoted this tradition by incorporating parts of older, existing classical pieces into their own compositions.
Today we are looking at three composers who used this technique in different ways: Luciano Berio, Benjamin Britten and Bernd Alois Zimmermann.
