2- Hanitra.
A beautiful new album by Hanitra, a true icon of Madagascar. She gives us riveting and passionate songs on folk dancing, on letting go, on fisher’s wives, on defiant women, and on reunion and other subjects. Her voice, both deep and sensual, lead as through her country’s most authentic roots, the island of Madagascar.

3- Daisy Correia.
She is a Dutch fado singer, with a Dutch father and a mother originating from Portugal. After swerving around the music world, she ends up at her roots and continues down that path. Daisy Correia brings with her CD Uma casa Portuguesa an homage to great fado singer Amália Rodrigues, who originated today’s fado music. And just like Amália, Daisy takes the music style into her own hands, enriching today’s fado in her own way.
