In addition to the man of the ‘Toeterix’, Toby Rix, actress (and former child star) Rose Marie also passed away (once ’The Darling of the Airwaves’, later funny sidekick in The Dick Van Dyke Show and moreover a singer with a beautiful hoarse voice, as can be heard in the touching interpretation from The Dean Martin Show). Guitarist Mundell Lowe also passed away recently at very old age (he worked with Blossom Dearie, Everly Brothers, Sinatra a.o.) and the singer with the elastical vocal cords Keely Smith (for a long time partner of showman Louis Prima). Also in this Palace: Adèle Bloemendaal with a sensual German accent, heavenly music of Frank Chacksfield, a swinging Glen Gray with The Casa Loma Orchestra, Billie Holiday and Bobby Darin.
