In July 1992 Associazione Catania Jazz organised a three-day festival, devoted to the music from English pianist/composer Mike Westbrook (1936). This year a double album with music recorded at that festival has been released by Westbrook Records. We will play a selection from these recordings, with among others the piece: Bebop al Factotum, which is based on Largo al Factotum from The Barber of Seville by Rossini.
