The Museums

Museum De Fundatie Zwolle

Charlotte van Pallandt was one of the first female sculptors in our country who devoted herself completely to sculpture. She determinantly went her own way as an artist, where nature formed a great source of inspiration.
Charlotte van Pallandt received most appreciation for the subtle ‘heads’ which she made, in which she knew how to put a lot of the character and personality of the model. Now, an exhibition is devoted to Charlotte van Pallandt in Museum de Fundatie.
