Tonight, we’ll listen to three recordings.
First, we’ll listen to the recital by the jury members of the Young Pianist Festival on 9 February 2019. After that, we’ll hear Phantasiestücke by Robert Schumann, performed by the Nemtsov Duo, recorded during the Orlando Festival. Finally, we’ll listen to a sextet of Preludes and Fugues by Dmitri Sjostakovitsj, performed by pianist Jonathan Powell.
