Arab-Andalusian classical music from Algeria
Program dedicated to the Arab-Andalusian classical musical tradition. This tradition can be found in North Africa between Morocco and Libya and stems from Moorish medieval southern Spain. We’ll listen mainly to “Malouf” tradtion of East Algeria ( Constantine) .
