Alto for Two.
On November 28th of last year, Kika Sprangers was a guest of TivoliVredenburg with a quite special combination. In addition to Kika Sprangers on alto and soprano saxophone, she brought the Spanish Irene Reig on alto saxophone, her compatriot Xavi Torres on piano, Thomas Pol on double bass and the Korean drummer Sun-Mi Hong. This group performs by the name of ‘Alto for Two’. A special group and a special concert.
