In ‘the Wayward Prokofiev’, every fortnight, an hour-long focus on the life and work of Russian 20th-century composer Sergei Prokofiev, undoubtedly one of the greatest composers of the 20th century.
Today, wind music by Prokofiev and songs based on themes by Pushkin and an adaptation of Stravinsky’s opera buffa, Mavra. Another work based on pieces created by Pushkin.
