Composer and poet Wilko Brouwers:

On Sunday afternoon, April 16, there will be a joint presentation of visual artist Agnes de Kok and composer/poet Wilko Brouwers at the H. Michael Church in Schalkwijk. Agnes de Kok was inspired by Gregorian chants in her artwork. Wilko Brouwers composed “Five Miniatures for Harmonium” in response, which he will perform on a Mannborg suitcase harmonium. He will also present his poetry collection “Alleen dit korte staan” (Only this short standing). This is an intriguing encounter between visual art, poetry, and music. Admission is free.
