Episode 381: In this last week before our summer recess attention for new CDs, two awards for Bach recordings and for cellist Joachim Eijlander.
Joachim Eijlander is a guest in Café Zimmermann on Saturday afternoon 2 July, which will be recorded in the Muzieklokaal in Utrecht.
Eijlander will play a so-called ‘pasticcio suite’ of parts from the cello suites by J. S. Bach and caprices by the Belgian-Italian composer and cellist Joseph Marie dall’Abaco (1710-1805).
