A summer edition of our weekday programme about the oeuvre of Johann Sebastian Bach with producer Govert Jan Bach and host Joop van Zijl. Summer episode 13: Een Bach portrait of violinist Lucy van Dael.

The Dutch violinist Lucy van Dael is one of the foremost pioneers of the baroque violin. She cooperated with Gustav Leonhardt, Frans Brüggen, Ton Koopman, Sigiswald, Wieland and Barthold Kuijken. With Frans Brüggen she founded the Orkest van de Achttiende Eeuw (Orchestra of the Eighteenth Century).
