Govert Jan Bach’s weekday programme about the oeuvre of Johann Sebastian Bach. Episode 960. In this Bach Week, we’ll dedicate a lot of time to two BachCD 2021 nominees: ‘Bachkantaten No. 35’ performed by the J.S. Bach-Stiftung and ‘J.S. Bach – English Suites BWV806-811’ performed by Pieter-Jan Belder.
At the end of this Bach Week, we’ll listen to cantata BWV 47 performed by the J.S. Bach-Stiftung, the first English Suite performed by Pieter-Jan Belder, and three arias sung by Anna Prohaska.
