Bonum Est: a programme on Gregorian Chant. Diabolus in Musica – Historia Sancti Martini.
In the 47th episode of Bonum Est you will hear, beside the psalms, the Matins of the festival of Saint Martin in the way they most probably sounded in the 13th century in Tours.
The hymns can sometimes deviate quite a bit from the versions that have been kept in our 12th century antiphonal of Utrecht.
