Pim Gras (1933-2000) worked at the radio broadcasting companies in Hilversum and was, among other things, a newsreader at the radio press service. He was an admirer of 1920s jazz and played it himself on various reed instruments. For many years he hosted the programme Jazz from the Historical Archives. Today part 1: The musician Pim Gras.
