In EastWestOrgan, a concert by organ player Jacob Lekkerkerker and unique fellow musicians, followed by the concert of daf & tombak virtuoso Mohammed Reza Mortazawi.
The first concert is EastWestOrgan, that was recorded on 15 June 2012 in the Oostzijderkerk in Zaandam of organ player Jacob Lekkerkerker and unique fellow musicians. The pivot in the concert is organ player Jacob Lekkerkerker who describes himself as ‘dancer of the organ’. He has adapted existing music from all over the world for this unique combination of instruments and has written new pieces.

The second concert is of tombac player Mohammad Reza Mortazavi and was recorded during the Houtfestival, Haarlem on 17 June 2012.
Mohammad Reza Mortazavi is a unique solo percussionist, born in Isfahan, Iran in 1978. At the moment he is living and working in Berlin. He is viewed as the best tombac player in the world by a lot of people. He discovered thirty new ingenious beat and finger techniques.
