Music essayist and early music pioneer Marijke Ferguson has been making radio for fifty years and has entered her 90th year on this earth.
On Sunday 11 December 2016 Concertzender celebrated with a radio party in the OBA called ‘Oren op Steeltjes’ (Ears on Stilts). During this radio party Marijke brinsg a short Radio Music Essay, and short sounds snippets of Marijke’s old radio programmes are played.
There are also live performances by Jan Goorissen, Barbara Borden, Anthony Heidweiller, Miriam de Gorter, Amarilli’s Sunshine, Saskia Teunisse, Jos van der Lans and Danibal.
