What started as an initiative from the conservatory in Almaak in 1988 grew to be an essential festival for young talents, resulting in the rise of several stars.
At the Holland Music Sessions, we listen to young musicians from five continents in Bergen’s church and the Kleine Zaal of the Concertgebouw. Concertzender has been there many times to record. Today, we’ll listen to three performances. From 2007, we’ll listen to a performance by the Hungarian pianist Balász Fülei and the Lithuanian violinist Diana Galvydyte.
