#411. Independent sound art, radiophonic projects and other audio non-visual misunderstandings and findings. Soundworks by Ralf Wendt and Marine Quiniou (Radio Grenouille).
1. Concert4ghosts by Ralf Wendt.
The American composer Jason Freeman gave us the permission to use his online-violin-tool to play a concert for ghosts. So i tried to play with this and noises from the nights for ghosts. The voices gave Brian and Sarah Catling from Oxford. Let them in.
Ralf Wendt is living in Halle in East Germany and playing with animal voices, human voices and radio.
2. Fish are jumpin’ by Marine Quiniou (Radio Grenouille).
Improvisation. Clarinet and programmed IT device.
We talk about meetings and dialogues. Time is stretching, transposed and staggered tones overlap and answer back one to another. Between the lines, a blending of frivolity, gravity, curiosity and complicity toward the unknown.
Sound recordings and IT patch have been realised within the framework of an artistic and research residence – GMEM, Marseille.
Marine Quiniou is a musician, composer and web designer. She experiments musical writing, research around digital and interactive instruments and e-book.

A base d’improvisations.
