In this miraculous broadcast we will give a short and incomplete overview of the music of Rieko Okuda (1990), born in Japan and pianist, violin player and composer that is now mostly active in free jazz and improvisation. From Japan she moved to the USA, Berlin and Stockholm and she went from classical music to musical therapy, contemporary music and jazz, to end in impro and to add more electronica to her play. That she can take different directions with that can be heard in this hour-long introduction to her music.
