Soul Jazz from the fifties

Today, a portrait of saxophonist GEORGE BRAITH, mainly known from a handful of records on Blue Note and Prestige. Braith specialised in simultaneous saxophone playing and designed ‘double’ saxophones himself. You will also hear the likes of Grant Green, John Patton, Billy Gardner, Donald Bailey and Ben Dixon.
