Eric Dolphy (1928-1964) was born 80 years ago. Today you will hear him on alto saxophone, flute and bass clarinet but also on the regular clarinet which he hardly played. The emphasis is on the last 4 years of his career. A period in which he was unbelievably productive. His music is still a source of inspiration and study for experts as well as devotees.
