In the final part of the Jimmy Woods triptych we will hear this expressive alto in quartet, quintet and sextet strength but also in two pieces with the Big Band of Gerald Wilson. At the age of 31 he played his final solo with the band of Gerald Wilson and afterwards disappeared into thin air .
