Radiophonic Trip. “To solidify all parts.. we included sounds trying to find a ‘trip’ to be able to involve listening, and perceive our message about how the day is listening to the radio altogether. Fragments of our voices as we worked on it. Everyday sounds of home along with a murmur of flamenco, techno music and stories that separate imagination from reality, to free our minds of a saturated world during ten minutes. Reality like Science Fiction”
02. Julia del Rio, Jorge Gutiérrez. Mtradio. “Mtradio is based on the idea of communicating the state of the city environment to theclistener through sound. The streaming will change depending on live weather data of temperature, humidity, wind, pressure, radiation and other values which are used to measure the pollution, creating a tangible sound scenario from commonly intangible physical magnitudes which are ignored and unrespected. Each environment parameter modifies a sonic parameter of different sounds, so that the listener can understand the state of the environment by hearing how the sound changes every day, and also offers the chance to observe the dynamic and relative weather-pollution coexistence."

"The piece is a sound collage created from different sources: my own voice and music, samples and sound effects from some of my favourite movies and some music by other artists, all framed by a text-to-speech rendition of selections from Nick Land’s Meltdown, "a semiotic history of our future, drenched in the science fiction horror of an insane present now manifesting before our eyes", meant to be broadcasted during the last days of humanity as we know it, going towards the goal of accelerationism, feeding off non-descript blurbs, bleeding nanochips, shredding synthetic skin, going towards a new symbiotic ideal, transformation."
