1974. East Turkey is able to receive television. The villagers speculate about what television is, precisely, but nobody really knows. According to some, television will bring fortune, while others believe it is the devil’s instrument. The mayor and the radio technician are the central figures in this adventure, which becomes increasingly complicated as the film goes on.
