Ethiojazz by Mulatu Astatke.

It took more than forty years for Mulatu Astatke to gain any fame in the western world of music with his wondrous mix of jazz and Ethiopian folk music, but when director Jim Jarmusch used a number of his tracks for the Broken Flowers soundtrack, his career picked up incredibly quick and his beautiful Ethiopian melodies became known around the world. Various western jazz musicians, such as the Heliocentrics, wanted to share a podium with the aged musician.
