Metamorphoses

Whoever has had the fortune to walk around the palaces of the Alhambra by themselves on an early spring morning, understands the magic of the sound of water. It is quiet still — the large crowd of visitors has yet to arrive — and the soft murmur of water streams and fountains reverberates off the walls unhindered. It is a magical experience for anyone who is willing to listen.
 

Architect and musician Eduardo Paniagua and his trio El Arabi made the CD Agua de la Alhambra, about the poetry of the water of the Moresque palaces above Granada. In this Metamorphoses we play refreshing music for a hot summer day.
