Special edition: Ground Zero, impro-noise from Japan.
Set up to perform John Zorn’s game piece Cobra Ground Zero released four albums under the direction of Otomo Yoshihide between 1990 till 1998. Many people see the album with the same name as the piece Consume Red as the master piece of the band. Improvising around a Hojok (Korean reed instrument)-sample from the as good as canonized Korean master musician Kim Suk Chul. They happen to raise provocation up to a climax which counters any comment.
