On his label Alia Vox and using the title Heritage, Savall has been republishing a lot of old material in recent years.
Among this material is the CD ‘François Couperin, Pièces de violes – 1728’. It is a republication of recordings that Savall already made in 1975 with harpsichordist Ton Koopman and gambist Ariane Maurette.
