The original recordings on this CD date back to 1987 and were made by musicians that Savall has been working with since the beginning, such as Hexperion XX co-founder Sergi Casademunt on viola da gamba. Furthermore, you can hear gambists Lorenz Duftschmid, Christophe Coin, Paolo Pandolfo as well as lute player José Miguel Moreno.
