In recent years, Savall has been re-publishing a lot of old materials under the title ‘Heritage’ via his private label Alia Vox, among which the CD ‘François Couperin, Pièces de violes – 1728’. It is a republication of recordings made in 1975 by Savall together with harpsichord player Ton Koopman and gambist Ariane Maurette.
