Geoff Muldaur – treasurer of the American musical heritage
Singer and guitarist Geoff Muldaur is a huge fan of old blues and jazz. He explored the traditional ways of playing, and by doing so, he gives a contemporary twist to historical heritage.
In today’s episode, you can listen to blues and jazz as well as seldom heard styles such as fife & drum. Besides recording solo albums, Muldaur is also active as an arranger and a bandleader. As part of his Futuristic Ensemble, he paid a magnificent tribute to jazz pioneer Bix Beiderbecke.
