Special crossover music, chosen by Ton Maas. Moondog in Europe.

The blind composer Louis Hardin, who became known as a street musician by the artist name Moondog, decided to emigrate to Europe in 1974 because he was disappointed in his home country, the United States. The German student and big fan, Ilona Göbel, took him in and took care of him. Here he would compose much more music, such as works for pipe organs and percussion, a song cycle and and an ode to Adolphe Sax up until his death in 1999.
