A party without borders! Mixed by DJ Bertú: Le Guess SpaceJazz mix
There were many nice things to experience during the Le Guess Who? festival in Utrecht last weekend. DJ Bertú immersed himself in wonderful music for four days and was carried away into outer space by various SpaceJazz collectives: Idris Ackamoor and the Pyramids, The Comet is coming, The Dwarfs of East Agouza and others. Inspired by them and with predecessor Sun Ra in the skies he made this mixtape. A spacy, freaky, psychedelic trip in Outer space.

DJ Bertú plays Global Beats without borders, and gets inspiration and beats from deep in the jungle and far away deserts, and urban beats and jams from city areas and close by corners. Ever since the beginning of the 1980s he has been fascinated by African rhythms and funk and he never stopped listening to all the remote corners of the world. His sets are influenced by all these sounds.
DJ Bertú has performed at many venues, clubs and festivals, including Lowlands and Oerol.
