Shantel & Oz Almog present on Kosher Nostra an unequalled journey back in the time of music from clubs, vaudeville theatres and casinos in the US. This CD is a mix of swing, jazz, twist, charleston and Yiddish songs, on which Tom Jones “My Jiddische Mama” sings. Shantel also examines if there is a connection between criminal activities by the Mafia and which musical career was launched or supported by them.
